Kat is a partner coach with Wholistic Women Living- a community of women dedicated to being their best through personal and professional development activities and programs.
Kat Middleton is an Empowerment Coach who is passionate about her work and advocates for authentic wholehearted living both personally and professionally. She is a Certified Professional Coach and Occupational Therapy Practitioner who loves working with people holistically; helping others to help themselves see things through new filters.
Since starting the business in 2015, Kat has specialized in helping people have the best relationship with themselves, others, and the community as a whole. Kat views this opportunity to serve, a great privilege.
Through her training, she will help you find, celebrate and practice self-love and lead you to live the purposeful, meaningful, and peace-filled life of your dreams.
Overcoming losses of her own and having experienced being way too hard on herself at times led her to be trained in the following.

Whitney Houston sang, “Learning to love ourselves is the greatest love of all,” and we should believe her! Self-Love (not selfish love) is the active practice of accepting, caring for, and encouraging oneself. Just as plants need water, so is our need to love and be loved. We are divinely wired for connection.
Kat is committed to sharing her knowledge with others and her enthusiasm for teaching is inspirational. She provides a welcoming environment in which clients are encouraged to foster self-compassion and worthiness in their quest for living authentically. I am grateful for the opportunity to have increased my understanding of resiliency, worthiness, and empathy, and how the cultivation of these personal qualities plays an essential role in the ability to live courageously in the face of life's many challenges.

Wholehearted Concepts hopes to enlighten others to Brene Brown’s teachings. I have taken several workshops with Kat and am currently in her workshop for “The Gifts of Imperfection”. Kat’s natural “from the heart” persona provides a safe haven for all of us in the group to learn and discuss these topics of “imperfection” as well as other sidebar topics that might arise. We have bonded beyond the workshop as we provide support to each other and from Kat.
